Intro to Baseball & Softball Strength Training Class
Come join our baseball & softball specific youth strength and speed class! In this class, we will learn and execute the basics of baseball/softball fitness training used by NCAA Division 1 programs and MLB organizations. Players will participate in activities such as Med Ball work, Plyometrics, Speed Drills, Core Stability and SAFE strength training. After this 4 week course, one will have a strong grasp on the basics of baseball/softball training, which they can use for the rest of their careers. The secrets to throwing gas and hitting bombs is in the weight room, come get better!
